Review: Tantus G-Force

If you ask anyone I talk to regularly, they’ll tell you that I have an unhealthy obsession with Tantus.  I also got a crazy obsession with the Tantus G-Force in particular and would not stop until I had it.  Well, Eden Fantasys decided to be awesome and give me one for video review.

So what is the G-Force?  It’s an 11″ long silicone dildo with a slight curve towards the g-spot (or p-spot) and a handle.  Yes, it has a handle.  For people like me with short-ish arms who like to jack off laying on their backs, this is a life saver.  It’s long, it’s flexible and it has a handle to maintain your grip.  For those of you unacquainted with Tantus silicone, you should know it’s firmer than most, so even though the G-Force is long and not overly thick – 1 1/4″ – it’s firm enough to provide a decent amount of g-spot stimulation.

Now, I can’t squirt with this toy since it isn’t a hard material like glass or metal, but you may not have the same experience.  However, I wouldn’t get the G-Force looking for your first g-spot orgasm or unleashing your hidden ability to squirt – it’s probably not going to happen with this one.

You’ll want to sterilize your G-Force by boiling, spritzing with bleach solution or putting it through a soap-free dishwasher if you’re going to share it, or if you’re going to use it anally and then vaginally.  You don’t want to end up with a nasty bacterial infection.

The G-Force is smooth without any texture, so if you’re a texture queen, this isn’t your toy.  However, since it’s thin and smooth, it would make the perfect introduction to anal stimulation for both sexes.  If you head over to the product page on Eden Fantasys, you can see some reviews of it by men who have used it for prostate stimulation.

Overall I would recommend this to anyone of any gender.  I think it’s fabulous!

Want to see more about the G-Force?  Head over to the Eden Fantasys product page and take a look at my video review.  I compare it to other toys and talk a little more about why I like it.

Really now?

For those of you who watch a lot of TV, I’m sure you’ve seen the new Dentyne Ice commercial that equates chewing gum to condoms.  While I realize it’s supposed to be a joke, I think it’s irresponsible and makes safe sex into a joke rather than the serious issue that it is.

For those of you that haven’t seen it, here it is:

Any other thoughts?  Am I overreacting here?

Review: Pink Water

Looking for the perfect water-based lubricant? It’s lube week on Hello Saraid! I’ll compare 4 different water based lubricants to find the best one for everyone. Lube week is sponsored by the fabulous Tickle! This is the last post. I hope you’ve all found at least one you’re interested in.

It’s the last day of lube week and I’ve decided to do Pink Water.  I first heard of Pink Water when asking on Twitter about what the best water-based lube is.  Three different people told me Pink Water within 3 minutes of me posting the question, so I figured I should give it a shot.

Ingredients: Water, HEC, PEG 45, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Polyquaternium 5, Tetrasodium EDTA, Germall II, Sodium benzoate, Aspartame, Polysorbate 20, Aloe Vera extract, Ginseng extract, Guarana extract, Avena sativa extract, Sodium hydroxide, Propylene glycol.

It’s glycerin free, but still has parabens, so if you’re paraben sensitive this one isn’t for you.  It also has aloe and other extracts to soften skin while you use it.

Scent: Pink doesn’t have a detectable scent in the bottle.

Taste: Slightly bitter.  This is another one I would suggest not using if oral sex is on the menu.  Wait until after oral to use it or pick another one that is oral compatible like this one.

Lasting Time: Pink Water seems to last forever, which I’ve determined is probably from the parabens.  It’s not going to last quite as long as silicone, but almost.

Good for Anal? Probably not the best since it’s really thin.

Sticky Factor: No stickiness here!  Which is due to the lack of glycerin, so you don’t have to worry about sticking to your partner and making nasty tape-peeling noises.

Additional Information: While it’s not Sliquid, it’s definitely worth a try and it’s also quite a bit cheaper.  So if you’re on a budget, this one might work out well for you!
